1st Edition 1st reprint. Pictorial dust jacket. Blue cloth boards. 316pp. "The glamourous Wild West of days gone by is portrayed once more in "The Trail Driver", which in most realistic fashion tells of a three months' drive of cattle through huge tracks of country inhabited only by red-skin tribes. Once more Zane Grey paints his picture of pioneer days in vivid colours, and with a glowing account of hardship and adventure - a worthy product of the master-writer of the Western story" (taken from the dust jacket flap).

 Hardback with dust jacket

Good: dust jacket has large portions missing - 2 inches at bottom of spine, 1/2 inch at top of spine, chunk from bottom of back, top edge of back, also wear to edges of what is left. However, now in a protective poly cover, it can be easily handled and the remainder kept intact. This renders the book pleasing and handleable. Boards very clean, bumping to spine ends. Gift inscription on front pastedown. Age marking to ffep and back prelims. Dusting to top edge. Internally very clean. Binding very good.
