Shipping policy

Our shipping is charged by total weight (including packaging) of your order.

The weights of our items are calculated individually to include packaging.

At check-out, you will be able to choose shipping options. 

Your shipping cost is automatically estimated at check out, before you pay. 

We ship our goods to you via Royal Mail or Hermes. Only items of a sale price over £50 are shipped as sign for items. All items are posted within 3 days of the sale fulfilled email being emailed to the customer. We have no control over the speed items are delivered by couriers. If an item has not reached you within a reasonable time, please contact us on realbookshop@gmail.com and we will investigate your item' whereabouts. On rare occasions, we may be able to obtain a refund from the courier, and subsequently refund you accordingly.
