THRUSH wanted to know about DAGGER and they thought Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin, U. N. C. L. E's trouble-shooters, had the answer. Unfortunately they hadn't even heard of it, which given that it was an insane plot for mass murder of the human race, was a bit of a problem for everybody.
